To reserve your space, a 50% upfront payment is required.
The remaining amount is paid on pickup day or before storage begins.
Important: Your space is not secured until the deposit is received. We'll contact you after form submission with payment instructions.

Items must be packed and ready for collection
You must retrieve your items by your selected return date
Additional charges may apply if not collected within 10 days after that date
No perishable food, snacks, or any edible items
No beverages, cleaning products, or any liquid containers
No gasoline, propane, paint, chemicals, or fire hazards
No drugs, weapons, stolen items, or prohibited substances
No unprotected phones, laptops, or delicate items without proper packaging
No toxic substances, medical waste, or biohazards
Opterest Storage is not liable for damage due to poor packing
You are responsible for labeling and securing your items
Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
Prices may increase during peak demand periods
